Scope

These terms and conditions apply to the services provided by the online store to the customer. We sell services online to individuals of legal age and to businesses and other organisations.

Service Description

Toimiva ry offers online groups, events, lectures, as well as consulting and expert services.

Ordering Services and Prices

Participation in the services is done by registering for the service in question via the online store. Participation requires providing an email address when registering.

Prices are charged according to the price list at the time of registration. Prices do not include VAT, and it will not be added to the price. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery terms.

All orders are confirmed by email. The customer will be sent an order confirmation and a payment receipt by email.

The customer agrees to the delivery terms in force for each order.

Cancellation of Order

Registration for online groups and events is always binding, unless otherwise stated. The registration fee is not refunded, even if a person cancels their participation in the group or event. Registration fees are refunded only if the group or event is canceled by the organiser (Toimiva ry or a partner).

Cancellation terms for lectures, consulting and expert services are always agreed upon individually when making the contract.

Problems with Using the Service

If technical or other problems arise when using the online store or the purchased service, the customer must contact info@toimiva.fi immediately.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, we ask that you first contact the product supplier.
